“I have always been active and played so many sports. I was always motivated and doing things but I found myself struggling to get back into good habits after returning from university – that’s when I discovered the Bikini Body Burn 12 week guide. Without much hesitation I bought it. 

The first photo is when I started the guide, the food plan helped me lose weight quite quickly and I fell in love with the exercise program. Before I knew it I was back at the gym and watching what I was eating and bloody loving it! The second photo was taken about 1 month ago and the final photo was taken [when I finished the 12 weeks].

In total I have lost over 12 kilos (26 pounds) and countless centimetres as well as over 15% body fat (I don’t let the scales rule me so that may not be exact). 

I am so so happy with where this guide has gotten me. I can’t imagine being where I am today if it hadn’t given me the kick in the butt I needed.

Although I have finished the guide, I still find myself reaching for a random workout, so does my family! I find the workout pages scattered through my house as my sister, mum and dad love them as much as I do - we even set up 'family circuit classes' using the guide and it inspired my whole household to eat better and attend the gym more. 

I now hit the gym 5-6 times a week and focus on eating things that are wholesome and good for me. I can’t thank you enough!”

“I just want to say a BIG thank you for creating BIKINI BODY BURN!! I completed my 12 weeks on the 30th January and I love my results! I have been a gym junkie since I was 17 (now 22) but I have never seen results like this before.

I even have trouble sleeping some nights because I am so excited to wake up and do my workout LOL! In October I came back from traveling around the USA for 4 months and had put on some weight and lost a lot of muscle. I started to feel quite self-conscious even in shorts, let alone a bikini!

I  would say to any girl considering doing the 12 weeks...  DO IT! Don't be scared or intimidated by any of the workouts as they are workouts that can be done at any level of fitness. You don't need to be part of a gym to do any of them, which is also great! They are really fun and have a great variety of exercises.

The nutrition information and tips I found VERY helpful. I have always considered myself a healthy eater but had never really learnt much about timing of food consumption and the different food groups. Changing my eating habits not only helped to to get the most out of these workouts, lose weight, and tone up, but they also helped me gain so much energy which I didn't even know I was lacking!
