But… they’re not the best exercises for building your booty.
Simon has pulled out every booty building exercise over his many years of training girls. He has tried and tested every single exercise; he knows what works! His recommendations are guaranteed to make your booty pop!
So here they are, BBB babes, in no particular order; Simon’s top exercises for building your booty:

If you are a:
- Beginner Babe; aim for 10 reps of each exercise (5 each side for Band Crab Walk and Band Glute Kickbacks).
- Intermediate Babe; aim for 20 reps of each exercise (10 each side for Band Crab Walk and Band Glute Kickbacks).
- Fit Babe; aim for 30 reps of each exercise (15 each side for Band Crab Walk and Band Glute Kickbacks).
