- 1 cup of your preferred milk
- Half a frozen banana OR half a cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of LSA OR almond meal
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- ½ cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
- ½ to 1 cup of ice (play around with the amount of ice to get your perfect consistency)
This smoothie is packed with nutrients that will give you loads of energy!
