Our fave breakfast smoothie

 

With so many of our BBB babes living busy lives, a breakky option that you can have on the go is essential!

Here is our favourite breakky smoothie that will have you powering through your morning!

Mix together in a blender or Nutribullet:

  • 1 to 2 cups of water - depending on the consistency that you prefer
  • a handful of spinach leaves
  • a handful of ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 a cup of frozen berries
  • 1/2 a banana - we like to freeze ours as it gives a better texture
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 a cup of rolled oats - optional
