With so many of our BBB babes living busy lives, a breakky option that you can have on the go is essential!
Here is our favourite breakky smoothie that will have you powering through your morning!
Mix together in a blender or Nutribullet:
- 1 to 2 cups of water - depending on the consistency that you prefer
- a handful of spinach leaves
- a handful of ice
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 a cup of frozen berries
- 1/2 a banana - we like to freeze ours as it gives a better texture
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 a cup of rolled oats - optional
