Did someone say "Quick Booty Workout"?!?... we did!

This is a great little booty workout that is simple and will have your booty burning! It's a Tabata workout that uses your body weight to create resistance. If you don't have a Tabata app, we highly recommend downloading one as it will do all the counting for you and beeps to indicate when it is time to rest. 

CIRCUIT x 3

40:20 Jump squats

40:20 Glute raises (remember to clench at the top girls!)

40:20 Jump lunges (20secs each leg)

40:20 Wall sit

40:20 Broad jumps

 

Workout explained

40 = 40 seconds of hard work

20 = 20 seconds of rest/time to move onto the next exercise

Complete each exercise in order and then start again at the top. E.g. don't do jump squats three times in a row, do them once and then move onto glue raises.
