Carlie-Renee is six weeks into our #bbb12weekchallenge and we know - WOW! When we saw how well she had done, we asked if she would be kind enough to share her journey with us... and lucky for our BBB fam, she said yes!

I wasn’t happy with how I was looking in any of my Bikinis so this [the 12 Week Challenge] was a chance for me to push myself and finally see the results I wanted to achieve just in time for summer.
I am semi strict with my eating but not too full on cause otherwise you get bored and you don’t want to keep following the same routine every day. It’s okay to treat yourself here and there!
This challenge was to mainly help with my mindset. I struggle really bad with anxiety and depression and 13 months ago I tried to take my own life because I was so unhappy and going through a very hard time.
It’s taken me a while to get to a point where I can be completely happy and myself again and focusing on myself during this challenge has really helped me a lot. I feel more confident as a person and am so much happier than I was before. I may not be completely where I want to be but exercising and keeping myself fit and happy has made me see myself from a complete different perspective!
