More AMAZING transformations from our BBB babes!


If there is one thing that we can all relate to… it’s how busy life can get.

You may have work pressures, study pressures, family to see, meals to prepare, cleaning to do, friends to hang out with; throw in a boyfriend or husband or kids and, well, life can be overwhelming!

When life gets busy, unfortunately exercise is often the first thing that is sacrificed from your schedule, ESPECIALLY if you aren’t in the habit of regularly exercising. It’s a shame, as exercise is often the best remedy for coping with the stress of a crazy schedule!

This week’s blog has one purpose, to remind you that if you think you can, you can!

And what better way to remind you of this than through your fellow BBB sisters!

ALL of these amazing babes had to juggle work, family, chores… “life”.

If these BBB babes can do it, you can too!


Reading what Millie had to say made us so damn happy (and PROUD!). You go, girl!

Lily used our Bikini Body Burn Instagram, and the thousands of girls supporting and motivation each other online, to help keep her going, particularly when she felt like giving up. Go Lily!


Jamie has never felt stronger or more confident in her own skin, well done BBB babe! If you follow her Instagram account, you will see that she has well and truly incorporated exercise into her schedule. You go girl!



After completing one of our 12 Week Challenges, exercise became a way of life for her. We’re so happy for her!

Hi there Gabby,

We’re so sorry to hear that you were in a car accident!

Our 12 Week Guide and Bandbook both allow you to cater your workouts to the specific areas of your body you wish to work on.

Also, our exercise dictionary – included in both guides – will show you specific exercises that will do similar muscles and muscle groups, if you find that certain exercises you are unable to do.

I had a car accident and I’m weak on one part of my body do you think I can still use the program
I still walk a lot and work out at least 3-5 times a week and I’m in good shape but there’s certain work outs I cannot do
