I just want to say a BIG thank you for creating BIKINI BODY BURN!! I completed my 12 weeks on the 30th January and I am loving my results! I have always been a gym junkie ever since I was 17 (now 22) but have never seen results like this before. I even have trouble sleeping some nights because I am so excited to wake up and do my workout LOL!
The nutrition information and tips I found VERY helpful. I have always considered myself a healthy eater but had never really learnt much about timing of food consumption and the different food groups. Changing my eating habits not only helped me to get the most out of these workouts, lose weight, and tone up, but they also helped me gain so much energy which I didn't even know I was lacking!
I would say to any girl considering doing the 12 weeks... DO IT! Don't be scared or intimidated by any of the workouts as they are workouts that can be done at any level of fitness. You don't need to be part of a gym to do any of them which is also great! They are really fun and have a great variety of exercises.
