Here is what Kylie had to say:
The beginning photos were me at the beginning of this challenge, where I struggled with stress eating and being too scared to go to the gym. I had always been slender and fit until I went away to university and struggled on my own without the extra-curricular activities I was used to. I had been quite active until leaving home through competitive dance and gymnastics. I didn’t realize at the time I could stop being active and continue with unhealthy eating. The alcohol consumption that comes along with university living also killed any chance I had of staying somewhat healthy. I started refusing to look at myself in the mirror, and it wasn’t until a couple pairs of sweatpants and loose jeans started to fit snugly that I realized I needed to do something.
I found the 12 Week Challenge and it changed my life. The beginning was tough, but so worth it! I can now confidently say that I am an avid gym-goer and make healthy meals that are delicious and satisfying. I didn’t realize until taking the most recent photos of my “after” that I noticed the huge difference.
My friends are now using my story to motivate themselves and purchase the 12 Week Guide to achieve their own goals. I cannot thank Karina and Simon enough! I have now purchased the Bandbook as well as the e-download of EAT so that I can continue my fitness journey.
