While there could only be three winners for our latest 12 Week Challenge, there were SO MANY girls that impressed us immensely!

So much so, that we wanted to make a couple of special mentions to girls that motivated and inspired us to train the house down, just as they did!

These are my pictures before and after completing the Bikini Body Burn 12 Week Guide. Before, I was skinny, yet I didn't eat right, barely exercised and was constantly tired, run down and struggled with confidence. After, I honestly feel so strong, happy, proud, energised and confident!
I am amazed at how much of an impact exercise and eating well made on my life. I feel like I have so much energy and the exercise even became like therapy to me, making me so much more happy and stress free. I now feel fit and toned.
These are my measurements from before and after the 12 Week Guide...
ARM - Before:24 After:24
BOOTY - Before: 90 After: 92.5
CHEST - Before:82 After: 82
UPPER LEG - Before: 51 After: 48

The biggest thing for me is that I actually put on weight, going from 55.5 to 57, which was great for me because it taught me not to worry about the number that came up on the scales! Because putting on weight over these 12 weeks was actually due to gaining muscle, but also losing fat. I used to struggle so much trying to get my weight down as low as possible so I'm so happy now I've learnt that weight means nothing and sometimes a higher weight can mean a healthier person!
I went from a Sad Sally, trying to keep my weight down, striving to eat 100% healthy but then failing and binge eating, feeling guilty, hardly exercising and being told I was 'skinny' but not feeling like that was a compliment because I never felt confident in my body. I now feel so confident, happy, FIT, toned and energetic.
This program has given me a whole new outlook on life, health and fitness and I know now I'll never stop with my health and fitness journey. I've learnt so much and I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me and thousands of other girls! You're literally changing people's lives completely, for the better and instilling confidence in girls THANK you SO much Karina!!!!!

I’ve completed the 12 week Challenge! And yet again I can’t thank you enough! I purchased the first guide over a year ago and absolutely fell in love with it - all of the exercises, the nutritional information and advice, not to mention the personal touches and approach it has, have helped change my lifestyle for the better and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve been raving about the benefits so much my sister decided to join me last year to see what all the fuss was about, and today we’re still going strong, working out together every week. We’ve always been close but this has brought us so much closer, working towards the same goals - to tone-up and become bikini-body happy, eat well and lead a healthy, happy life.
Thanks to this last challenge especially, our goals have been smashed! I feel more toned and can see more definition than ever, a lot down to the bands (my new favourite piece of equipment). Eating a well-balanced and nutritional diet is part of everyday life now, I don’t even have to think about it. Also, and importantly, I’m happy and healthy - I’ve got so much more energy from keeping fit and eating well, I couldn’t imagine going back to my old routine of poor meal choices and a serious lack of exercise.
I’m so grateful I found BBB; with the support of yourselves, and having my best friend and sister there along the way, I’ve learnt so much and can't wait to see what's next. Thanks to you guys eternally!
